If you see the damage after delivery, you should call the relevant branch and tell them to prepare a Damage Determination Record. If the cargo branch is not helping you in this regard, please contact us as soon as possible.

I want to change the shipping address of my order, What should I do?
To find out the status of your order, check the latest status of your order from the "My Account" section of the Homepage. If your order status is Completed or Confirmed, we can make the address change by connecting to our Customer Representative. If your order status is "Delivered for Cargo", we will send it to the cargo company by forwarding your new address information to us as soon as possible.
